Take Exit 1B to merge onto I-64 E/US-17 N toward Suffolk/Richmond and continue to follow I-64 E for 8 miles. Use the middle lane to Take Exit 299B for Interstate 664 toward US 13/US 58/US 460/Suffolk/Newport News/Richmond.
